The customer previews and selects his options (letterhead, insert, envelope format, window placement etc.) and approves the final version via a web interface. The print job can be sent securely online at any time.
The print room operator receives the job, makes the production decisions and initiates the printing.
The job is processed and printed automatically based on a pre-established automated workflow. The printed material is inserted into envelopes and mailed.
